Furnished properties – minimum charge               20% of monthly gross rent

 

• A thorough rental management analysis must be conducted before determining final rate

No fees during vacancies

 

 

• Tenant Finding Fee:                                    

Flat fee per tenancy                                         $380.00                                     (with minimum one year on-going management contract)

 

• Full Account Management included

 

 

 

Tenant Finding only

 

• 50% of monthly rent  (with no management contract)

• Minimum charge                                              $599.00

 

 

 

Consulting Services

 

• Initial consulting fees                                       $100.00

• Service of notices                                            $50.00

• Attend dispute resolution hearing                       $400.00
